As part of a UX audit for their TV application, we highlighted key areas of drop off and frustration with their users. We pitched UI & UX improvements that would help tighten up their design language and consistency across their brand and other mediums.
• Relocate the main menu to the top-right of the page and redefine the menu items for easy access
• Move the Live video in its own section and add a dynamic carousel on the home page
• Build excitement and user commitment for upcoming events via deep linking to the dedicated event page with stats, clips, and bonus content
• Allow users to add content (past and upcoming) to their watchlist
• Increase conversions by incorporating DAZN extras into the apps and website (i.e. DAZN YouTube Channel)
